![]() My sister used to play the game way before I recently picked it back up, and she did a genocide route to experience the funny skeleton battle, the problem was she got really close to beating it yet both of us can't remember if she actually beat it, so when I finally got my true pacifist run, me and my sister were both waiting in suspense ready to be mildly disturbed, thankfully she sucked at the game. Therefore, it is impossible to do genocide after the completion of the True Pacifist route. If the player chooses to kill any monsters, then they will have to restart the game in order to get the True Pacifist ending. If you don’t, and spare everyone through actions, then you can stay and talk to people. The only way to get the True Pacifist ending is to go through the game without killing any monsters. If you kill everyone (which you don’t actually because they all just run away), you get hustled out of the Dark World pretty quickly. ![]() doing genocide a second time also has its special flavour, likely set by the same parameter, but in its genocidal variant. you can either go for that flavor or see the unflavoured pacifist happy ending at least once. Then it will show a picture of Chara and all the monsters but all the monster's faces will be crossed out in red and Chara will be in the middle instead of Frisk. Answer (1 of 9): In a way yes, in a way no. doing genocide once, forever changes a parameter that gives all pacifist runs after it a special flavor that most people never see. But if you complete the Pure Genocide run and then complete the Pacifist run, decide to stay and then wait for the cutscene, SPOILERS AHEAD You will see frisk in bed, Toriel will give you the Butts.Pie and Frisk's face will turn into Chara's face. Once, I did neutral and then went back to pacifist and got the ending. Originally posted by biglifter:that was a lot to read, does this mean that I still can get a true pacifist? It doesn't matter what run you do before a true pacifist. This means in a second play through, if you previously got the neutral ending, you can skip the Chara/Asriel backstory and Sans’ judgement section entirely. After finishing a Genocide run, youll notice the change in the Pacifist run when you do it again, but only at the very end of the run. The call/letter from Undyne which normally requires you beat Flowey and complete Undyne’s date, will only require the previous dates. How genocide ending 'ruins' your pacifist run is all entirely based on how you feel about it. ![]() If you try to get the neutral ending a second time or more, Flowey will instead skip you to the ending. Flowey typically will not appear at the start of the game after killing him, but this doesn’t mean anything.Īfter beating Flowey once, he will remember that you did so until you complete either pacifist or genocide. If you play the genocide ending you will never be allowed to get the true pacifist ending on that copy/account ever again. Also you will notice Sans act a bit difference.Ĭan I still get the true pacifist ending if I killed flowey in a previous run? also I never got the omega/photoshop flowey boss fight after the neutral ending, I just got the regular funny skeleton phone call, can I still get true pacifist? Killing Flowey doesn’t matter neither does killing Asgore they are after the last save point, so reloading the game at all means they are alive again.
